Biography
Duncan is the creator of the
pioneering Yogic Arts synthesis system with a combined
practice of 30 years under the highest masters of the
multiple disciplines of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, Kuk Sool
Won™ Buddhist Martial Arts, Therapeutic Thai body
work and Siddha Yoga Shaktipat meditation. Yogic
Arts is the confluence of the sacred streams of Movement,
Meditation and Massage. Duncan is passionate about
his attention to precision while possessing an engaging
energy that is at once genuine and
commanding. Duncan presents regularly at the
Yoga Journal and Omega conferences in the US, and leads
retreat intensives and teacher training courses at
powerful healing energy destinations.

structures naturally blend together to create the Yogic
Arts WS|Warrior Salutation; an intelligent empowering of
